Democracy Day: Hon Abdullahi Mahmud Salutes Nigerians

The Member Representing Albasu, Ajingi and Gaya federal constituency in the House of Representatives Hon Abdullahi Mahmud Gaya has felicitated with peoples of his constituency’s and peoples of the country at large for witness yet another Democracy Day celebration.

According to him this year’s celebration mark 21 years since the country returns to civil rule which was the longest civilians administration lasted in the country.

Hon Abdullahi Mahmud Gaya made the disclosure in a press release issue to media house from his media office in Kano.

He added that within 6 years of his Representation of the constituency in the House of Representatives, the constituents has witnesses how he upholding the fairness, equitable distribution of democracy dividends across the Albasu, Ajingi and Gaya local government areas.

Hon Abdullahi Mahmud Gaya assure constituents that his remaining two year left before 2023 general election more goodies saying he will enhance their well being through the provision of more economic empowerments with developmental projects for all.

Saying let me use this opportunity to reiterated my commitment to you that the best of me still will continue come to you all. my current achievements in office are just a tips of the iceberg as i’ll continue to do my best.

Hon Mahmud Gaya further said as we mark another Democracy Day in the history of our dear country, let us reflect the achievements recorded within last six years despite the country facing insecurity and economic challenges but with collectives responsibilities the nation will overcoming all its challenge.

He also congratulate Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila, House leaders, Governor Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje and pray for more Allah’s blessing, ease Kano and the country at large from insecurity which has bedeviling the federation and also called on people to be more vigilant and conscious of the security of their environment, need to report any suspicious movement to the security agencies.

Hon Abdullahi Mahmud Gaya urged Nigerians to pray fervently for an end to the senseless killings and kidnapping occurring in some states of the federation.
