The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kazaure local government has condemned the suspension of Honorable Muhammed Gudaji Kazaure, member representing Kazaure, Roni, Gwiwa and Yankwashi federal constituency.
In a letter dated 31st May 2021, signed by the Vice Chairman of the party, Bello Jawo Sanda on behalf of all wards Chairmen in Kazaure local government area, copied to the APC National Caretaker Chairman and APC state Chairman, Jigawa state.
The APC ward chairmen in Kazaure local government said the suspension of Hon. Gudaji Kazaure by unscrupulous politicians is a distraction to the party and unconstitutional.
In a statement on Sunday, the ward chairmen of the party in Kazaure comprised of two third majority six out of eleven ward chairmen and 21 out of 27 Yamma ward executives condemned in totality the unconstitutional and unlawful suspension of Hon. Gudaji.
The statement explained that the illegal suspension was engineered by the APC chairman, legal adviser and two others, saying four people within the party cannot make such decision.
“We urge the National Caretaker Chairman and APC stakeholders to completely disregard the suspension of Hon. Muhammad Gudaji Kazaure, Why should he be suspended, What crime did he commits to be suspended? These fine gentleman did nothing wrong”. They queried.
Recalled that, a letter was released to the public APC announced the suspension of Hon. Kazaure for what they described as defaming the executive governor of Jigawa state, Alhaji Badaru Muhammad Abubakar on the recent anointment of chairman of Kazaure local government in the fourth coming council election.
However, contacted Hon. Gudaji Kazaure said the his suspension is nothing but an attempt to tarnish his image by some group of overzealous politicians who want to see his downfall considering his efforts in the uplifting the lives of his constituents.
Gudaji explained that no amount of intimidation, or threat will deter him from contributing his quota for the development of his people, the state and the nation at large.
