Late Makaman Karaye Was The Most Loyal District Head – Emir Of Karaye


The Emir of Karaye Alhaji Dr. Ibrahim Abubakar II has described late Makama of Karaye, District Head of Madobi Alhaji Musa Saleh Kwankwaso as the most Loyal District Head.

This was contained in a statement issued to PRIME TIME NEWS on Thursday and signed by the Information Officer at Karaye Emirate Council, Haruna Gunduwawa.

The Emir made the disclosure when he paid a condolence visit to the former Governor Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso over the passing away of his father late Makama of Karaye, at his Miller road Bompai residence.

Alhaji Dr. Ibrahim Abubakar II maintained that, the responsible manner and loyalty of the late Makama compelled the Emirate to elevate the status from Majidadi to the title of Makama of Karaye, emirate council member, as well as the Kingmaker of the Kingdom.

The Emir stated that, Karaye emirate had shocked with the announcement of the late Makama’s death adding that, the deceased would forever remember in the minds of people of Karaye Emirate.

The Monarch prayed to God Almighty to grant him the Aljannar like Firdausi as his final resting home.

Responding, the former Governor of Kano State Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso applauded the for the high sense of respect to his late father which led to his appointment as the Makama of Karaye and Kingmaker of the Kingdom.

Senator Rabi’u Kwankwaso also appreciated the Emir and his Chiefs for the condolence visit and prayed to God to reward them abundantly.

A special prayer session was held for the repose of the Soul of the late Makama of Karaye Alhaji Musa Saleh Kwankwaso.

The condolence visit of the Emir came a day of the delegation of the family of the late Makama and local of Madobi District led the Commissioner of Rural and Community development and the Garkuwa of Karaye Alhaji Musa Iliyasu Kwankwaso paid a condolence visit to the Emir in his palace.
