The Ahmadiyya Community in Kano state has expended lump sum of Money during this Ramadan period in order to put smiles on the faces of some Muslims Ummah in Kano and other places across the Country.
Speaking while distributing some food items to the needy in the Soceity Imam Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Kano Raja Ather said the Community is present in 213 Countries across the globe
He said as a matter of philosophy the Community held strong believe in God and has a deep rooted “Love For All,Hatred For None”. Hence the distribution of the items without any discremination.
He said the Ahmadiyya Community viewed with concerned the precarious situation of the down trodden and the life of penury they are operating that is why it resolved to distribute more than 4000 kg of Rice,Sugar,Beans and cooking oil in Kano all aimed helping the poor get out of the lock down order occasioned by the fight against COVID 19 pandemic smoothly.
He said the Ahmadiyya Muslim community in Kano had also distributed more than 300 sanitizers and face masks to the people free of charge all in the name of curbing the spread of the COVID 19.
Ather further explained that Ahmadiyya Community is at the forefront to serve the people and that was why it launched this kind of programme at it’s National Headquarters at Ojokoro Lagos.
The Chief Imam of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Mr Afzaal Rauf and representative of the Head of Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Alhaji Mufazzal Bankolay led other Muslims in launching the palliatives distribution.
Imam reiterated that “All this exercise is being done under the directives of the Head of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, Mirza Masroor Ahmad Sahib.”
He used the opportunity to called on all the beneficiaries to use all the food items given to them judiciously and help members of their families to enjoy maximally the food put on their table by the community.
